| A new member has joined the ranks of Carnal Leftovers. After what seemed like an endless amount of gruelling, demeaning and exhausting auditions, only one person was able to crawl out of the wreckage. This fighter, who is tenacious and also a multidisciplinary musician, will start performing bass duties for us and his name is Coen Tabak. Hailing from Groningen, he is known for his animalistic displays during gigs and has managed to win over many a metal-minded person with his guttural activities with his former band Devious. Also very skilled at handling a bass guitar, he will make a fine addition to our team. |

As part of this new and strong assembly, Coen will be presented to you all at Aaltjesrock in Lelystad on October the 25th. A week later, on the 1st of November, he will hit the stage with his newly-found musical comrades in Arnhem at the Willemeen, where Carnal Leftovers will join in a band competition with an international twist.
Be sure to come and see us at one of the aforementioned gigs and welcome our new addition! |

| Unfortunately, because of various reasons, both musical and personal, bass player Mathieu Nijboer decided to part ways with the band. We thank Mathieu for being a friend, for being such an animal on stage and for putting so much effort into co-creating our upcoming new CD. We wish him all the best with his other projects, Departure and GrindBashers (remember those names, as they will definitely be playing at a venue near you soon!). |

| As we currently lack the presence of a bass player, we turn to our friend Jaap Cornelissen (former Seraphique and Accelerate) to perform the bass duties at the upcoming shows. This is only a temporary solution, so we will be looking for a new bass player. If you're interested and think you're up to the challenge, contact us through michelmatteman@yahoo.com. |

| Well well! Finally an update from the Dutch Anal Splatlovers! As you can see, I dumped a completely new design online! This will be a temporary website. Until we release our cd "Papyral Slashing'. |

| Speaking of which: the cd is completely finished! We are still discussing what we want to do: release it ourselves or with the help from a label. We already sent out some promotional copies to various labels. If you are a label reading this and you feel left out, you can contact us here, so we'll send you a copy ASAP! |

| We also have some new and exciting gigs planned during and after the summer: Elsrock & Aaltjesrock for the festival-lovers and in September we will pay our neighbours in Germany a visit with 2 shows! |
